About the Role

Compensation: 12 Lakhs per annum (INR 100,000 per month) Job Summary We are a mission-driven healthcare company seeking a skilled Software Developer to maintain and evolve our telehealth platform serving thousands of patients in mental health and addiction treatment. You will work across web (ReactJS) and mobile (React Native – iOS & Android) applications while helping deliver impactful new features. This is a high-impact role where your code directly supports patients on their healing journey. Key Responsibilities • Maintain, optimize, and further develop our React Native mobile apps and ReactJS web application • Build and enhance backend services using NodeJS • Design and implement new features including AI integrations, surveys, and wellness tools • Diagnose and resolve production issues, including application downtime and critical bugs • Ensure platform reliability, performance, and scalability for a growing user base Key Requirements • Must be able to work California, Pacific Standard Time • Proven experience independently developing and shipping your own applications (portfolio, GitHub, or live links required) • Strong proficiency in React Native, ReactJS, and NodeJS • Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and fix production-level issues • Passion for building technology that improves mental health and addiction recovery outcomes Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
