Job Description Expert-Ease Tutorial Solutions Private Limited (www.expert-ease.in) is a Mumbai-based emerging Ed-tech platform revolutionising home tutoring for children in Pre-Primary to Grade 12 and Co-curricular activities, that is open to all age groups. We are committed to screen-free, personalised learning experiences delivered at the comfort of students' homes. What You Are Expected to Perform: The ideal candidate will utilise their passion for basic coding, client management, seamless functioning of the website and achieving given targets. They will be responsible for– 1. Website Management • Monitor and maintain the smooth daily functioning of the website. • Troubleshoot and fix bugs or glitches promptly. • Respond to all website-related queries from users (parents, clients, tutors). 2. Operational Work • Act as the primary point of contact for registered teachers and newly onboarded parents/clients. • Handle inbound and outbound leads through telecalling, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversions. • Manage end-to-end client servicing—from enquiry to successful tutor/parent onboarding. • Conduct virtual Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and ensure proper documentation • Create and share demo report cards and learning updates with parents. • Provide administrative support for all active tuitions, including scheduling and coordination. • Resolve teacher and parent queries at the first level with clarity and empathy • Support online and offline lead generation initiatives. • Coordinate with colleges and institutions for seminars, orientations, and job fair participation. • Work towards defined targets and contribute to overall business growth. 3. Client Communication • Handle incoming queries via calls, WhatsApp, and SMS (students, teachers, parents) related to website bugs. • Provide courteous and helpful guidance to users, especially with the payment gateway. • Escalate technical or sensitive issues promptly while keeping communication friendly and solution-focused. 4. Collaboration • Work closely with the core team for the conduct of Job fairs, orientations, and placement drives. • Maintain alignment with internal operations and marketing efforts. Work Schedule: • 6 days/week (4 days work from home and 2 day field visits/Work from office). • Fixed office hours (10 am to 7 pm). Who We're Looking For: • Bachelor's in Computer Applications, Engineering or related field. • Compulsorily based in Mumbai (must be able to travel weekly for in-person meetings). • Familiarity with web hosting, basic coding (Python, HTML, CSS, JS and backend management). • 1–3 years of experience in website operations, data analysis, and client handling. Freshers are also welcome. • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, or any relevant CRM. • Strong communication skills – must be tech-savvy yet people-friendly. • Ability to work independently and report proactively. Salary: Rs. 3 LPA (There is a 3-month probation period with Rs 20,000 in hand salary, from the 4th month onwards, the salary is Rs 25,000 in hand) •
